My two week stay at View of the Sea Cottages was very peaceful and relaxing. From making the reservation, meeting Mark and Gina, settling in and receiving all sorts of information (haircut, swimming spots for my Golden Retriever Vega, restaurants, lobster spots, etc) I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If traveling this way consider this beautiful spot and the wonderful hosts.

Spent our 4th summer vacation at View of the Sea Cottages this past July & had an awesome time. The large new deck on the cottage was great for entertaining as we have family nearby that joined us for a couple of barbeques. We were able to enjoy Canada Day with family down at the beach on-site and throw a few horseshoes during the week. Mark & Gina are great hosts, and the cottages are always in pristine condition.

Looking forward to coming back next year!

It’s very clean! The kitchen is equipped with the necessary items for food preparation. The property is well maintained and is a quiet spot to enjoy reading and relaxing on the shores of the Bras d’or Lake. The sunsets are breathtaking.

Perfect size for one person or a couple.

Lovely clean cabins with everything you could want . Lots of local information in the cabin. Nice beach with great water for swimming and splashing. Playground for the children. The owners are always available for information or assistance. Close to major grocery store (15 minutes). I highly recommend place!
